Capstone On-Campus Management
Capstone On-Campus Management at Towson University seeks a full-time Housekeeper to clean common areas, restrooms, and offices. Experience with safe equipment operation and cleaning products expected. Minimum two (2) years experience preferred. Responsibilities will include routine cleaning and upkeep of all common areas in building including stairwells, elevators, hallways, bathrooms, and offices.
All applicants must have good communication skills and must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleans vacant rooms as needed
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and blinds
- Dusts furniture
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills
- Empties wastebaskets
- Replenishes bathroom supplies
- Picks up debris inside building
- Other duties as assigned.
