HR/Purchasing:
  • Process payroll when the HR Administrator is out of the office, a minimum of 6 times per year
  • Keep the office fully stocked with supplies
  • Answer the phones, check the general mailbox
  • Place orders for schools on an as needed basis
  • Any other tasks assigned by the HR Administrator
 
Development/Fundraising/Marketing:
  • Assist the Senior Vice President (SVP) with all fundraising and marketing duties
  • Manage fundraising database, generate thank you letters, and generate reports
  • Serve as point of contact for donors, partners, etc.
  • Assist with donor and partner acquisition
  • Solicit corporate sponsorships for events
  • Assist with planning and production of two annual special events
  • Schedule and help the SVP prepare for meetings
  • Represent BCP at community events, as needed
  • Manage fall direct mail appeal
  • Assist with organizational and school-wide marketing
  • Assist with cultivation of individual, corporate, and foundation partnerships
  • Assist with grant management, reporting, and research.
  • Manage annual fundraising calendar
  • Order fundraising/marketing supplies
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Other tasks assigned by the SVP
