Millennia Housing Management Ltd., a successful management company located in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant for a family apartment community. We are looking for someone that has experience in affordable and market rate housing. The Leasing Consultant will report to the Property Manager and be responsible for marketing apartments to prospective residents as well as general office duties. This is a full-time position that includes commissions.

- Ability to assist with budget compliance
- Capable of working in a fast-paced worked environment
- Proficient in MS Publisher, Word, and Excel
The qualified individual will have 2 or more years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales role. Preference will be given to applicants with a background in affordable housing programs such as Section 8 or LIHTC. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
