Solo Family Law practitioner seeking PT secretary/administrative assistant to support a growing mediation and collaborative law practice in an informal Bala Cynwyd office environment.
This candidate will need to have proven administrative secretarial experience, keen organizational and follow up skills, ability to multi-task, work independently and be self-directed.
Responsibilities include transcription, preparation of legal documents, client contact and scheduling.
Social media experience preferred and a plus (Facebook/LinkedIn).
Requirements: Minimum 2 to 5 years legal admin/secretarial experience Excellent verbal and written communication; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Calendar a must; MAC experience a plus; Attention to detail; Good multi-tasking and organization skills.
